  1. I’m looking closely at how to manage cashflow.

    It seems that there is quite a lag in actually making enough profit to reinvest in the next product as well as investing the first product, almost before you get anything in for it (with lead times being around 50 days – by sea).

    I wonder what your thoughts are on that, Matt.

    • Hey Mike, I try to do part express and part sea to speed the launch cycles. That said it is a pain to manage unless you are able to reinvest a little more as the business is growing once you see traction
